Improv Community of Practice: May / Experienced

A COP is a group of people who share a passion for something they do, (improv) and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.

Our Experienced COP:

  • Meets twice per month, the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month for 1.5 hours.
  • Has open registration for the month, at the beginning of the month, for both sessions. (No admission will be permitted later in the month. Interested individuals can instead wait for the following month to register.)
  • Has a monthly fee of $20 to participate in both sessions. These funds ensure we have access to the rehearsal space.
  • Is for improvisers with over 2 years of practiced experience, either in Improv Niagara classes or an agreeable alternative.
  • Is open to improvisers who accept and want to contribute to our Vision, our Code of Conduct, who adhere to our Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy and who believe in What We Stand For. (All found Here.)

We share a dedication to the craft of improv, laughter and the joy of comedy, and hope you do too!

nice cans: a comedy show for a nice cause

Live improv comedy to help our community.

Improv Niagara presents NICE CANS! A comedy show turned fundraiser / food drive to help our local food bank feed people in need.

This show is in that sweet spot between Christmas and New Years, so come on out in your comfies, grab a tasty drink or treat from Mahtay Café’s bar or bakery and let’s spend a bit of time this holiday season having some laughs.
